# Wire Invoice

> Commercial invoice software for companies and studios that bill a client abroad and get paid by bank wire. The money goes to the bank account printed on the invoice. Wire Invoice does not hold or forward the payment.

Wire Invoice sends an A4 PDF, or a link the client can open without an account. The invoice currency is the one the client wires, usually USD, EUR, or GBP. Bank details are stored separately for each currency.

Dashboard and report totals are in USD. A second line shows the local currency for the country or region set on the company, such as CNY, HKD, EUR, or JPY. China uses the rate saved on each invoice. Other places use the day's rate. This local amount is for the company's own books. It is not printed on the invoice.

## Pricing

- Free: 12 commercial invoices each calendar month. Estimates, bills, clients, and reports are included and do not count toward the cap.
- Pro: USD 9.99 per month, or USD 99 per year. No monthly invoice cap. A public address such as name.wireinvoice.com is included.
- Payment is a Stripe subscription on https://www.wireinvoice.com. Cancel from the billing page. Pro stays until the period ends.

## Who it is for

Trading firms, manufacturers, service companies, and studios. Each account has its own ledger. It is not a payment processor and not a tax-filing product.
