Colleagues can use the same ledger
Add a staff login with its own email and password. They work in the company books. They do not need yours.
One ledger, separate logins
In Team, add the person's name, email, and a password. They sign in to the same clients, invoices, and reports. Do not share the owner's password.
Your password is separate
Change the owner password on the same page. After that, sign in with the new one. Their login is unchanged.
